This Pre-Information Form ("Pre-Info") is provided to you before you accept any payment obligation and before a distance contract is concluded. It summarizes the key information you must receive under Turkish distance contract rules.

2. Consumer

This Pre-Info applies only to consumers (natural persons) acting for non-commercial purposes. Your identification and contact details are those you provide in your request/order (e.g., name, phone/Telegram, email, delivery address).

3. Service and its main characteristics

ArastaLink provides a distance service that helps you purchase goods from stores in Türkiye and arrange international delivery. The service may include:

  • checking availability and confirming current prices;
  • purchasing requested items on your instruction (commission purchase service);
  • receiving items, basic visual check, photo report, packaging, and (where applicable) consolidation;
  • arranging shipment via available carriers and providing tracking information.

ArastaLink is not the manufacturer of items and does not control third-party sellers' stock, pricing, or return policies.

4. Total price, fees, and how the price is calculated

For each order you pay, as applicable:

  • Product cost (as charged by the Turkish seller);
  • Fixed purchasing commission charged by ArastaLink;
  • Shipping and delivery costs (international carrier and related service costs);
  • Any additional costs that are clearly disclosed to you before you become subject to a payment obligation (e.g., special packaging, domestic shipping within Türkiye, optional insurance if you request it).

No hidden fees. The payable amount and/or calculation method is shown to you before you confirm payment.

5. Payment methods and communication costs

Payment methods are shown on the checkout/payment page in your ArastaLink account (or via the payment method presented to you for the relevant order).

ArastaLink does not charge additional fees for remote communication beyond your standard internet/telecom charges.

6. Performance, shipping, and delivery timing

After you approve and pay:

  • ArastaLink proceeds to purchase and process the items; and
  • arranges shipment and provides tracking where available.

Delivery timelines depend on sellers, carriers, routes, and customs/authority processes in the destination country and are therefore estimates.

7. Right of withdrawal (cancellation) and key conditions

You generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

Start of withdrawal period for services: For service contracts, the 14-day period generally starts on the date the distance contract is concluded.

Immediate performance: By paying and requesting purchase/shipping, you request ArastaLink to start performing services immediately. If you withdraw after performance has started, you may be required to pay for the services already performed up to the withdrawal date, and refunds may be reduced by non-recoverable costs already incurred.

Withdrawal notices must be submitted in writing through a durable medium. You may send withdrawal notices by email.

8. Refund promise if an item cannot be purchased

If an item cannot be purchased (e.g., out of stock, seller refusal, price exceeds your pre-approved limit and you do not approve), ArastaLink will refund the amount paid for that item within 24 hours from confirming that the item cannot be purchased, excluding only any non-recoverable third-party costs clearly disclosed to you in advance (if any).

9. Complaints and dispute resolution

For complaints and requests, contact info@arastalink.com.

Where applicable under mandatory Turkish consumer law, you may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Courts. Where mandatory mediation is required by Turkish law for a particular dispute, an application for mediation must be made before filing a lawsuit.

10. Acknowledgment (Pre-Info confirmation)

By checking the relevant box at checkout, you confirm that you have received and reviewed this Pre-Info before confirming any payment obligation and that you can store and access it for future reference.
